So far it does just what I need it to do (protect my phone). Overall good quality product & fits my Motorola KRZR/K1 perfectly. It has a magnetic latch which holds surprisingly well.
The case is ok looking but the swivel is too close to the center of the vertical line which allows it to get upside down sometimes. The magnet on the latch could be a little stronger. It also sticks out from your body way too far and catches on everything you walk by. Not what I want to carry my $300 phone in.
The case is very well made and will last a long time (probably longer than the phone). However, the swivel clip combined with the (weak) magnetic closure can allow the phone to fall out of the case. A better design (IMHO) would be to use a standard non-swivel belt clip and/or a velcro or snap closure. This would produce a thinner line and prevent the possibility of the case becoming inverted which can lead to the phone falling out.
The phone slides in perfectly, and the clip is easily removed from a belt (doesn't snag). When I got my KRZR through Verizon Wireless, the case that came with it sucked - it was the kind that flips along with the phone and had plastic screen covers but they stuck to the phone and it was hard to get the phone in and out of the case. The Cellective Case works great. The clip is magnetic making it easy to close, and the clip swivels so it doesn't stick into your stomach. I highly recommend this case.
